We always convince ourselves that massive success requires massive action, whether its losing weight, building a business, writing a book/article, winning a championship or achieving any other goal. We put pressure on ourselves to find the perfect and best strategy to make some big improvements that everyone will talk about. As a result, we will remain in the same position forever wondering why nothing is happening.

There are three main reasons we can't achieve what we want:

1. We are so focused on figuring out the best approach that we never get around to taking action. That’s the reason most of us remain in the same position forever waiting for the best setup and time.

2. The other problem we all have is that we set goals and focus on the result (spent most of the time in fancying if I achieved that goal, I would do this/that. If I achieved my goal, how would it look like) and forget about the process i.e. in order to achieve that goal, I must do this/that. What am I doing right now to achieve my goal?
